Employee Share Options
On 25 February 2009 Imarex ASA issued 50 000 share options to the Group's Chief Executive Officer, Mr Herman W. Michelet. Up to 50 % of the options may be exercised on 25 February 2010 at a strike price of NOK 59.25 per share and the remaining options may be exercised on 25 February 2011 at the same strike price.
