The rulebooks for trading and clearing
This includes a complete set of rules for Trading (Rulebook for Trading with IMAREX) based on recognised international standards.
The Rulebook has been developed by IMAREX with the assistance of the renowned UK legal firm Travers Smith.
Trades are clearing by NOS Clearing ASA which has a separate Clearing Rulebook with appendices.
Over 180 IMAREX members have already scrutinized the set-up and accepted the terms of the IMAREX membership giving each successive member a strong confidence in the quality of our operations.
