Applying for membership at IMAREX and NOS
To become a member of the IMAREX marketplace and NOS, you will need to fill in the APPLICATION FORM below.
At the start of every new client relationship we want to assess how we best can be of service ranging from access model (direct or via financial intermediary), information and data services as well as Market Place Services which includes brokerage.
For Direct Membership, you need to complete the Membership Application (below):
The Membership Application includes the following agreements which you can access separately at:
Trading Rulebook. and NOS Rulebook and Appendixes
- Appendix 1 - Trading Membership Agreement
- Appendix 2 - Clearing Membership Agreement
- Appendix 3 – Collateral and Settlement Agreements, USD / NOK & EUR.
In addition, you will need to supply:
- Certificate of Incorporation of the Applicant company
- Latest available audited financial statements
- An authorised signature list
- A US Tax form for the applicant company - because the clearing accounts are managed by DnBNOR in New York and are US Dollar denominated.
Upon receipt of the Membership Agreements together with necessary attachments as detailed in Appendix 9 IMAREX and NOS will complete internal compliance check-lists and initiate a dialogue with relevant Back-Office or Risk Management personnel to secure that operational procedures are sorted out before trading starts.
IMAREX and NOS will be at your assistance for any questions relating to legal, compliance and operational issues with our Customer Service team.
Every new member Applicant will be assigned a Client Relationship manager co-ordinating the efforts to assure a smooth execution of all membership enquiries.
