Geir Olsen (born 1968)

Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Olsen joined IMAREX in November 2009 and brings close to 20 years of experience in all phases of financial management. Prior to joining IMAREX, Mr Olsen held the postion as CFO for the publicly traded seismic service provider SeaBird Exploration Ltd. Prior to this he has held various positions with Petroleum Geo-Services (PGS), UniConsult, StepStone, Aker RGI, Arthur Andersen and The Oslo Stock Exchange. Mr. Olsen holds a state authorized public accountants degree (statsautorisert revisor) from the Norwegian school of economics and business administration (Norges Handelshøyskole). Mr. Olsen is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Oslo, Norway.

Knut Møystad (born 1967)

Director, Corporate Development

Mr. Knut Møystad joined IMAREX in 2001 and has held various positions in the group related to business and corporate development as well as sales and marketing activities. Prior to joining the company he built his career in management consulting, holding senior positions in Arkwright, Cambridge Technology Partners and Digital Agenda. He holds an MSc (Sivilingeniør) degree from NTNU, Norway, in Industrial Engineering and was also awarded a one year French post graduate scholarship at ESSEC, France. He is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Oslo, Norway.

Gaute S. Gravir (born 1973)

General Counsel

Mr. Gravir joined Imarex in 2008. He is an attorney-at-law educated at the University of Oslo and the London School of Economics. Mr. Gravir has ca. 10 years experience with corporate, securities and derivatives laws. Before joining Imarex he has been working at law firms, the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) and the Oslo Stock Exchange. Mr. Gravir is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Oslo, Norway.
