AMENDMENTS TO THE RULEBOOK FOR TRADING AT IMAREX AND CLEARING WITH NOS

NOS Clearing ASA and International Maritime Exchange ASA have made amendments to Appendix 5 to the Rulebook with effect from 23 August 2007.
The changes are:
- Changing the Product structure for P2A and P3A to list only 6 consecutive monthly Contracts, not 12 as per today.
- De-listing the Year Contract commencing July each year for the Dry Bulk T/C basket routes. I.E. no 12MosJUL contracts from today
- Changing the Product structure and Last Trading Day for Half Year and Year Contracts for the Dry Bulk T/C basket routes to only be taken off screen after the first month of the Delivery Period. I.E. CAL08 stops trading end of JAN08 and Q1+Q208 stops trading end of JAN08
- Added the Capesize route C4 as Underlying Product for options
- In addition to amendments and additions made to accommodate the changes above, NOS has updated some other clauses in the Appendix. The changes, outlined below, do not represent material changes.
- The amendments will take effect from 23rd August 2007.
