The total number of tanker derivatives trades was 353. The number of lots traded was 8,890 (8,9 million tonnes). The average number of lots per trade was 25. The nominal trade value of tanker transactions US$ 119,5 million with the average transaction size just below US$340,000.
Drybulk derivatives:
The total number of drybulk derivatives transactions was 26. A total of 4125 lots were traded (1 lot = 1000 metric tonnes or 1 day. The average number of lots was 159. The nominal trade value of drybulk derivatives transactions was US$92,9 million with the average transaction size just over US$3,5 million.
