MERGER WITH WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY
[First published: Thursday 23 March 2006 10:39:03 am]The Board of Directors of International Maritime Exchange ASA has resolved to merge with its wholly owned subsidiary Imarex Oil Services AS, which was acquired in January 2006.
The subsidiary was formerly named Starsupply (Oslo) AS and is a broker of physical bunker fuel oil.
