Tom Even Mortensen, Chief Executive Officer of IMAREX NOS ASA has been allocated 18,000 new shares in a private placement completed on 7 March 2007. His new holding, through his investment company Commercor AS, is 196,544 shares.
J. Herman W. Michelet, Executive Director of International Maritime Exchange ASA has been allocated 15,000 new shares in a private placement completed on 7 March 2007. His new holding, through his investment company Johan Michelet A/S, is 162,124 shares.
Arild Jęger, Chief Financial Officer of IMAREX NOS ASA has been allocated 2,500 new shares in a private placement completed on 7 March 2007. His new holding, through his investment company Jęger AS, is 5,000 shares.
The subscription price of the private placement is NOK 85.50 per share.
