Director buys Imarex shares
Executive Director of Imarex ASA, Mr Herman W. Michelet, has bought 3 000 of the company's shares at an average price of NOK 68 in the open market on the 17 August 2005.
Michelet subsequently holds 172 744 shares in the company.
