MANAGING DIRECTOR BUYS IMAREX

Managing Director of Imarex ASA, Mr Tom Even Mortensen, has bought 10.000 shares in the company at NOK35 each on the 26th of July, as part of a company share option plan.
Mortensen subsequently holds 155.644 shares in the company.
A further 15 employees have executed their right to buy shares in the company, including two primary insiders.
