Executive Director of Imarex ASA, Mr Herman W. Michelet, has bought 10.000 shares in the company at NOK35 each on the 26th of July, as part of a company share option plan.
Michelet subsequently holds 169.774 shares in the company.
A further 15 employees have executed their right to buy shares in the company, including two primary insiders.
