Directors buy Imarex

The Chairman of the Board of Directors at Imarex ASA Mr Wilhelm L. Holst, has bought 5.000 shares in the company at NOK 72,995 each, on the 2nd of September.

Mr Holst now directly and indirectly owns 76 025 shares in the company.

bought 2.000 shares in the company at NOK 73,25 each, on
the 2nd of September.

Mortensen subsequently holds 157.644 shares in the company.
