IMAREX - EXTRAORDINARY DIVIDEND OF NOK 3.50 APPROVED
[First published: Friday 09 December 2005 1:25:26 pm]Based on the strong financial position and positive development of the group, the Extraordinary General Meeting of International Maritime Exchange ASA decided to pay an extraordinary dividend of NOK 3.50 per share.
The dividend payment will be made in December 2005 to the shareholders who are registered as owners on 9 December 2005. The shares will be traded exclusive of dividend payments on 12 December 2005.
