Change of date and venue for Q3 presentation
[First published: Wednesday 02 November 2005 7:13:44 am]Investors, analysts and members of the media are asked to please note a change in the date and location of the Imarex Q3 presentation, due to be held this forthcoming Thursday, the 3 November.
The new details are:
- Date: 10 November 2005
- Time: 08:30 - 10:00
- Location: Imarex offices in Hieronymus Heyerdahls gate 1, 0160 Oslo (entrance from the harbour side)
The reason for the changes is that the Board of Directors has resolved to postpone the presentation due to IFRS related adjustments of the accounts.
The adjustments will have no cash effects, and is expected to have a net positive effect on both profit and equity.
