Bocimar International NV has purchased 261,712 shares in International Maritime Exchange  ASA at a price of NOK 71 per share. 

Mr Benoit Timmermans is a Director of Bocimar International nv and is also a member of the Board of Directors of International Maritime Exchange ASA.
