IMAREX MARKET MAKER AGREEMENT

IMAREX NOS ASA has entered into a market making
agreement with Carnegie ASA for the company`s
shares. The purpose of the agreement is to
increase the liquidity of the shares of the
company. The market making agreement, which is in
accordance with the requirements from the Oslo
Stock Exchange, will be effective as of today.
