IMAREX hires three tanker derivatives brokers

IMAREX is pleased to announce the strategic hires of three tanker derivatives brokers who will join the European tanker desk in Oslo.

 

The three are Mr Nils Andreas Arnesen, Mr Magnus Kristian Dehli and Mr Fredrik Sagen Andersen.

Arnesen has four years experience as a broker from tanker freight derivatives working for P.F. Bassøe Shipbrokers in Oslo as well as one year of dry bulk freight derivatives working for Fearnley Futures. Arnesen holds an MA in management from Herriot Watt University in Edinburgh.

 

Dehli is has a full year's experience from tanker derivatives, and seven years experience from the European interest market both as a broker and trader. Dehli has worked with interdealer broker Prebon Yamane and Norwegian merchant bank DnBNor. He holds a Bachelor degree in business from the University of South Australia and joins IMAREX from P.F. Bassøe Shipbrokers.

 
Andersen has spent the last two years as a tanker derivatives broker at P.F. Bassøe Shipbrokers in Oslo and holds a Master degree in Finance from the Norwegian School of Management (BI).

 

IMAREX has over the last year taken the market leadership in tanker freight derivatives, and the three new brokers will substantially add to the strength of the IMAREX tanker team globally.
