Imarex Asian drybulk desk expands
[First published: Wednesday 09 March 2005 2:50:14 pm]Imarex (Asia) Pte Ltd, the Asian division of Imarex, is expanding its coverage of Asian drybulk markets. Senior drybulk exchange broker Arne Petter Kolderup has relocated to Singapore to build up the drybulk operation.
"It's an investment, which we believe will pay off - because we are the first serious European player in this market to establish a proper presence in Asia," says Tom Even Mortensen, Managing Director of Imarex.
Arne Petter is a senior figure in the drybulk freight derivatives market, and will work closely with Imarex' drybulk desk in Oslo to provide superior customer service to Asian drybulk operators.
