The company’s shares are listed on Oslo Børs under the ticker Imarex. The Group’s clearing house, NOS Clearing ASA and two exchanges, International Maritime Exchange ASA and Fish Pool ASA are all licensed by the Norwegian Ministry of Finance and regulated by The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway. The Group’s multilateral trading facility is operated in a Spectron subsidiary and regulated by the UK Financial Services Authority.

Imarex’ subsidiaries assist international commodity traders to research, execute, clear and settle their commodity transactions. The global commodity derivatives markets are experiencing significant growth, especially within shipping and energy products. The products and services offered include screen trading, execution services, education, clearing and award winning analysis of dry bulk and tanker freight, electric power, emissions, natural gas, oil products, coal, nuclear fuels, metals, weather and salmon.
