Helene Jebsen Anker (born 1959)

Ms Helene Jebsen Anker was until 2008 the Credit Manager for Nordea Bank Norge ASA’s central unit for real estate financing in Norway and on the management committee of the business area and of Norgeskreditt AS. Before joining the bank in 1990 she was with Bergen Bank AS and IBM AS. Mrs. Anker holds an MSc degree in business administration from Norges Handelshøyskole. Mrs. Anker is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Oslo, Norway.

Mr. David Shuler (born 1962)

Director

Mr. Shuler is the Managing Director, Alliance and Venture Management of CME Group Inc. He is responsible for directing CME Group’s investments in new businesses and strategic partnerships, including joint alliances and other growth initiatives. Before joining CME Group, Mr. Shuler served as Senior Vice President, Exchange Solutions for NYSE Technologies, where he headed NYSE Euronext’s exchange technology business. He also served as Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff for NYSE during the company’s transition to a public company, as well as for NYSE Euronext. Mr. Shuler previously held leadership roles at Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York and Japan and he spent over a decade as a diplomat in the U.S State Department. He received a bachelor’s degree in government from Darmouth College.

Ted Kalborg (born 1951)

Mr. Kalborg is the founder and Chairman of Tufton Oceanic Limited.  The Tufton Group undertakes investment management and other financial sector activities in the maritime and energy related sectors.  Tufton has approximately USD 2 billion under management and over 50 employees operating from offices in London, Isle of Man, Dubai and Hong Kong.  Mr Kalborg has a BA from Stockholm School of Economics and an MBA from Harvard Business School.  He specializes in corporate reorganizations and equity investments and has served on the board of several public and private companies. Mr Kalborg was a member of a group of private investors that participated in the buy-in/buy-out of Spectron Group and was a non executive director of that company from February 1999 until Spectron Group was acquired by Imarex in 2008

Mr Arnesen is the Head of the Tanker desk in International Maritime Exchange ASA, Oslo.  He joined Imarex in 2006.  Previously he was a Tanker derivatives broker with PF Bassoe AS and before that a Dry Bulk derivatives broker with Fearnley Futures AS.  Mr Arnesen holds a MA degree in Management from Heriot-Watt University in Scotland.

Peter McKee (born 1973)

Peter McKee is the Finance Director of Spectron Group and joined the company in August 2007. Peter started his career in Energy, Infrastructure and Utilities assurance and business advisory division of Andersen and qualified as a chartered accountant in 2000. Since qualifying Peter spent three years at EDF energy as an investment and risk analyst in the Generation and Trading division and three years in Transaction Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers focusing on Private Equity financial due diligence. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree (with Honours) in Geography from the University of Bristol and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England & Wales. Peter is a British citizen and resides in London, England.
 

Alexander Rødsten (born 1971)

Mr. Rødsten is Deputy Risk Manager in NOS Clearing ASA. Previously he worked in Norges Bank Investment Management and in the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority ("Kredittilsynet"). He holds an MSc in International Securities, Investment & Banking from University of Reading and a Master in Business & Economics from Norwegian School of Management (BI). In addition, he is a Certified European Financial Analyst ("AFA"). He is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Oslo, Norway.
